JADEON STORY

Jadeon, Inc. was founded in July 2001 as a full service Point-of-Sale system provider with an emphasis on service. Jadeon has quickly become one of the largest POS sales and service companies in the nation. Jadeon has five offices covering the West Coast and Hawaii with over seventy employees. Jadeon's staff is made up of industry veterans with a combined total of over 400 years experience. The ability to provide knowledgeable POS service and support is the key that separates Jadeon from the competition.

Jadeon's core management began working together in 1994 at a company named POSNET Computers. POSNET became the top Aloha reseller in 1996 and retained this status in 1997 and 1998. This team helped establish the Aloha name in California by selling and installing the first several hundred Aloha systems throughout the state. The core management and service personnel have worked together supporting POS systems for over eight years. Jadeon has been able to grow quickly because of customer retention: the same Jadeon employees have serviced our loyal customer base of over 500 sites long before Jadeon was formed.

The key to our success has always been excellent service: our customer base has become our strongest sales force. The recommendations and referrals our customers have provided has helped us to achieve top Aloha dealer status. Additionally, we are authorized to sell and service IBM, Javelin,and Posiflex hardware. Our success in the Hospitality market has enabled Jadeon to branch into the Retail Store market and offer a variety of products and services.

10-06: Jadeon completes the first phase of an aggressive company initiative to improve the service delivery to our internal and external customers. Jadeon now offers a call center solution to customers that does not require waiting on hold and provides real time reporting of call status.
9-06: Jadeon introduces a new program designed to place state of the art Point of Sale technology into the hands of hospitality and retail businesses for a low monthly fee.  Qualifying businesses will no longer have to make a high dollar initial investment to keep current with ever changing hardware and software innovations.  One monthly fee covers all the use of all software, hardware, upgrades, maintenance and call center support.
5-06: Jadeon has relocated to larger facilities at 17841 Mitchell N., Irvine, CA 92614.  The new location reflects Jadeon’s continued growth and dedication to providing the highest possible service to its clients.

Field Hardware Technician

Jadeon is currently seeking a Field Hardware Technician to troubleshoot and repair Windows based POS systems. The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.  Restaurant experience is preferred.
